I am an award winning Product Manager and UX Designer with 17 years of experience working and communicating with cross functional teams. I have led award winning Marketing teams focused on digital initiatives and software development teams focused on a variety of software projects. I understand and can communicate with Marketing teams, infrastructure, software development, Business Analysts, UX Designers, and clients or internal stakeholders because I at one point of time throughout my career have been part of those teams. This has given me the ability to be a very effective communicator and establish a sense of trust with each of these teams, breaking down the barriers that sometimes occur between these areas. I am a fan of the Lean Agile methodology because, at it’s core, it’s about cross functional teams coming together in order to achieve a common goal. I have worked to help define corporate strategies, identifying problem areas and establishing measurements of success in those areas. I have experience both in an agency setting and in an internal corporate setting.

Most of this experience was with complex enterprise software, websites, apps and even watches falling under both IT and Marketing departments and where they intersect. I was also the Scrummaster on these projects facilitating 6 simulataneous development sprints and 2 product design sprints (all individual teams).
